New little Kate things

Kate is growing up way to fast! She is starting to do so many new things. Tonight she learned to splash in the tub. If I hadn't needed to use two hands to hold her I would have gotten pictures. She got me so wet. :) She talks all the time now. I think she likes the sound of her own voice. She holds her bottle most of the time. She plays with her toys more and doesn't mind tummy time so much any more either. In fact just yesterday she rolled over and over again til she got to me! She is way to smart already. She has to have a blanket over her face when she sleeps. She has started to laugh! It is so cute! She laughed the first time at Norma. All Norma did was look at her and she started to laugh. I asked Norma what she had done to make her laugh and she said, "I just made my mean face at her." I'm hoping to get video of her laughing and of her mouth noises soon to post. Kate just LOVES her siblings! She will smile and talk to them whenever she thinks they are looking at her. It just melts my heart to see all that love in a babies eyes for her brothers and sisters. She is learning to grab more. She reaches her arms out to me. She is always bouncing on my lap. She sucks her thumb when she is upset that I won't pick her up. She is always wet from her chin to her belly button. She is growing out of her 3-6 months clothes! I am so sad about this! Some of these clothes she has only worn once and some of the warmer stuff she hasn't worn at all. I'm just glad that there are people in my ward that need baby girl clothes. She loves to blow raspberries. She has started to rub her eyes when she's tired. She has been in her crib for two weeks now. *Me sobbing* Her eyes are still changing colors, we don't know what color they will be. I'm hoping hazel. I love her so much! She has completed our family and I don't know what I'd do without her.

I have a little bit to catch up on!
This is just Kate eating a pretzel. She loves them. I love the outfit she is in too. It is another one that I made. It was from the left overs from the diaper bag I made. It is so cute! I almost didn't get it done in time for her to wear it. I just finished it when I put it on her. It fits perfect. I have 2 other outfits I need to sew soon or they won't fit her. I have been sewing Trek clothes for some ladies in my ward. It has been a lot of fun but I'm really glad I'm not having to go with them. I like AC to much. :)I love this picture that Nate took! He was trying to get her sucking both of her thumbs. She is so silly!Tucker has been such a good helper with Kate. He calls this "baby-sitting". Kate loves it! She just loves anything that her brothers and sister will do with her. Both Tucker and Thad have lost their front teeth. I think they look so funny without teeth. The first thing Tucker did when he lost the second one was whistle. He didn't think he would be able to without both of them. He could.Norma wanted to be the the picture too.Tucker was able to go to Camp Jeremiah Johnson and Nate got to go too. He had a blast. Here are just a bunch of pictures that Nate took.We made a waterslide in the backyard and all the neighbor boys came over too. They all had a blast! It was so fun to watch them yell and laugh when they hit the pool. Most of the little kids fell right out of the pool. The older ones learned to stay on their feet. Nate fed Kate her first solid food. He has always been the one to first feed them. She liked it so-so. When I tried with her a few days later she was really good at getting every little bit back out of her mouth. It's not an everyday thing yet. This picture is one Nate took from the top of the mountain by us. He rides to the top on his four-wheeler. It's he's get away. :)

4th of July Weekend

With the 4th being on Sunday we got a full weekend of fun. It started with going to Idaho Falls for Madison's baptism. It was so great to be there for her on such a special day. I told Nate that we needed to take a lot of pictures while we were in Idaho, and of course, I didn't get the camera out at all. We were able to watch fireworks at the Fullers on Friday night and then on Saturday after the baptism we went to the parade. Norma was so excited about going to a parade, the boys... kept asking when it would be over. It was so wonderful to see everyone at the BBQ after that and I was so sad that we had to leave and couldn't stay for the scavenger hunt and fireworks.

Monday my parents had a BBQ and it wouldn't be the 4th without a water fight. I loved seeing most of my mom's family. I really enjoyed taking the pictures of the water fight, not so much when they got tired of getting each other wet and came after me. I had a very nice time talking with Tanya and Jason, my mom's friends, too.
Usually, I'm in charge of filling all the water balloons for the fight, since I didn't come over soon enough, not very many balloons. There is always over 300 balloons that get filled, they kept breaking so out came the pool. I think they enjoyed the pool (and buckets) more than the balloons.
Love the water shots!
Tucker thought I could save him from getting wetter.
Walle thought I needed to save him from all the water too.

Mom was soaked!
Kathryn was left out of the water fight and Thad was the only one that was willing to still get wet. At least it wasn't rootbeer. :)
Kate LOVED the fireworks! She even fell asleep while we were doing them.
Next thing to look forward to is my brother Gerald is coming home from his mission the first week of August. We have a lot of camping trips planned between now and when school starts. It is getting closer and I'm not sure I'm ready for them to go back.

Kate's 4 month stat's

Kate is now 4 months old. I can't believe how fast time flies once they get here. It seems like it takes forever to get them here and now it seems like I just had her yesterday and it's been 4 months. This doctor appointment went so much better than 2 months ago. I love this doctor that I see and I will be asking to see him from now on. Kate weighed in at 13 lbs 1 oz and she is 24 3/4 in long. She is doing well and is very healthy considering that I have been sick this week. What a big girl! This week we will be trying to get her moved to the crib to sleep at nights. Hope it goes well.

Lagoon 2010

We were able to go to Lagoon with my family this year again. We just love going with my mom's work. They pay for treats and drinks and everything. We don't have to worry about much other than hamburgers and hotdogs and having fun. We left Kate with my Aunt Melissa, (Thanks Melissa!) It was so nice not to have to worry about the baby at all. We were able to do so much! I got to ride so many rides this year, some of which I haven't ridden in years. Here are a bunch of pictures that Nate took of the kids.

Together Forever

Just a little trip down memory lane today.
My Aunt Kathryn always said that my kids would ask who that guy I'm standing with is. :) Just Nate with white hair.
My Mom made my dress. I Love my dress! I had had this pattern picked out for years. I never planned on a July wedding so I never thought about the long sleeves. I am truly grateful it was an indoor wedding! Plus it rained that day too. :)
Daddy was trying not to cry.
I love the way Nate is looking at me in this picture. My good friend Leslee told me to always get this picture out often and tell Nate to look at me like that again. I don't have to get the picture out often. He looks at like that often.
Jenny is going to kill me for posting this. She was 7 months pregnant in this picture.
Instead of 'Where's Waldo?', Where's the Camera? Little did I know that my dear new cousins were filming this photo. I didn't find out til we were watching the video later and I saw my veil. I had to pull out the pictures and sure enough...
I just had to put these ones in. This is my cousin Kalob. He was so cute, wanting to hold my hand, sit right by me and just be sweet! I thought it was the cutest thing ever!
I love our cake! It was so beautiful! And I just had to add this other one in because it is so funny that we caught it on picture of Nate dropping cake on my dress. Don't you just love his face!
9 years and the best part is spending them with my best friend.
You always here that, 'I love you more today than when we first met!' I love Nate just as much now as when we were first married, but now we have 4 kids to love too! It just makes your heart grow bigger.
I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I loved going through them again!
