TOFW
I have been looking forward to this all year long. I had to do some major arranging for it to happen but I'm so glad it worked out.
TOFW is all about being with the sisters and the uplifting messages we hear over the weekend are a bonus.

Bong the Cocoa
Laugh all you want at my wording for this post but it was so awesome! Why I have never tried this before, I don't know but cocoa will never be the same after this.
You take a thin mint cookie, bite a bit off of two ends and then use it as a straw and suck up some cocoa, then eat it before it melts into your cocoa. Still good but not as good as melting in you mouth.
Nate even had to have his own cocoa after this. Thanks Celest for introducing me to this and always making late nights at Mom and Dads so much fun!

Just for Grandpa and Nana Powell
We went over to Grandpa and Nana's house this morning to do our baking for the Thanksgiving dinner and to spend some time with Devin. We played cards and Katy found a heater vent. :0)
She loved how big her dress got!

Thanksgiving with Family
Got to love family!!!!
I was so happy to have everyone come for Thanksgiving this year. It was going to just be a few of us and then turned into all most all of us. Uncle Rick let us all come to the bank so that there would be room for all of us and the food too. I really wanted pictures of everyone but I wanted to talk to everyone too so I handed the camera over to Thad and James and told them to go wild. They did. :0)

I can not even express how much I loved having everyone together. I love family and I love that we can all get together. A huge shout out to Uncle Rick for letting us use the bank.

Homework & Baking
This is what our days look like, Katy doing homework with me.
We did have some banana's that needed to be made into banana bread so she helped me do that today too. I love cooking with my kids.

"Wash my Feet"
Katy came up to me and kept asking something. Sometimes it's really hard to understand her. Anyways, I finally figures out that she wanted me to wash her feet; "with your lotion like Winni does." Winni is the best at giving a good foot rub and Katy wanted one just like she does for me every time she comes to visit. How could I say no.
