Yes, sir! We sure know how to live out here. Nate wanted to share his try at making stuffed burgers. And thought you would like to see. :0) Look how big the stuffed ones are and on the green platter on the plain ones for the kids.
The kids burgers were drowned by their bun yet the stuffed ones ended up fitting perfectly.
Inside we put mushrooms, red onions, jalapenos and some fresh Parmesan cheese. By the time I added tomatoes, avocado and onion rings to mine, I couldn't fit it in my mouth.
The kids love this! An early dinner and a great one at that. The whole reason why Wendover appealed to us so much, family time!
And when the weather is good enough to grill outside, its good enough to clean up Camp Gumbo. :0)
*3/5 I had to come and add this one. Nate has been in a cooking
mood. Maybe because I'm not doing anything new lately. Teriyaki Beef
noodles. YUM!
