Funny

So I just had to post this. Yesterday was picture day at the school and we took Norma down to have hers taken too. She was ready to walk right in the door but I told her she needed to wait til they called her name. This is how it went,

Me. "They will call Norma when they are ready for you to come back honey."
Norma. (Screaming) "My name is not Norma! It is Norma Sue!"
Me. (Trying to keep a straight face.) " I know that honey, but I just put Norma on the paper.'
Norma. (Still screaming) "But my name is Norma Sue, not just Norma!"

She ended up being very happy for pictures and hamming it up for the picture. She had everyone else smiling at her too! Silly girl!

Thadd turns 6!!!

I can not believe that my boy is 6! That seems so old to me! I swear that it was just a few years ago that he came into our family and make my life whole!

Thadd was spoiled and had a whole day of Transformers! Everything was Transformers and he wouldn't have had it any other way! He loves Transformers!

It was also his first party! It was just 2 friends but that was enough for me! They had a blast! Everyone came over for lunch and to play the Wii. It was a good day and I really think he had a great day!
Happy Birthday Thadd-man! We love you!!!

Another weekend project

Nate had enjoyed his weekends being on the week days this last month. He put in the grass one weekend, started a class at UVU the next and has done this this past "weekend".

He was hoping to make enough room to park both the Durango and the cop car. But our garage even with the new stairs, is not big enough. But it still looks nice and we have so much more room in there.

Tucker's First Soccer Game

Tucker did awesome! He was one of the best ones on his team. He could actually kick the ball where he wanted it to go! They played a good game. I don't think they keep score on these games but they did lose. :( I think they had some 10 year olds on the other team. Tuck's team didn't make one goal but they sure tried hard and played well! This was also the first day of school so he had a lot going on this day!

Thadd's First Day of Kindergarten

Thadd is loving Kindergarten! He has been waiting for this day for a year now and he has done so well! His teacher is Mrs. Earl. It is her first year a Pony Express. Thadd's best friend Ira is in his class too, and I think this is great. Every night Thadd asks, "Do I get to go to Kindergarten tomorrow?" I'm so glad that he loves school!

Sorry! :(

I have so much to post and no energy to do it with. Thadd's first day of Kindergarten, Tuckers first soccer game, Nate's last weekend project, and I'm sure there is something I missed in there too. I will try to get some energy on Sunday after church to post all these but until then know that we are all well, (now) and are doing great!!!
