Lagoon in June 2015

What a wonderful day we had yesterday.  It was the annual Lagoon in June for the Parry Family Reunion and I am so glad we were able to go.  We haven't been in so long.  The last time we went my dad got in his accident and Nate and I left the kids there to play.

Tucker was able to go with his school the last week school got out so he was very excited to take us right to Rattlesnake Rapids first because we would be able to go multiple times in a row.  I have never been so wet on a ride in my life.  There was not an inch on me that was dry so we went again.  Katy, Grandpa and Nana were not so keen on getting that wet a second time.

There were some beautiful peacocks all around the park.

We got stuck right next to the warthogs on the train ride and boy did they smell.  The tigers were out and very beautiful as we rode by though.

Nana got talked back into riding this one again later after she had dried out a bit. :0)

This was Katy's favorite ride!  She went on this three times in a row once because she could.  Also, the merry-go-round was a huge hit too.
The girls had fun going off together to do rides and the boys too.  It was so nice to be able to stay back and visit with all the family and let the kids do what they wanted to do.  Katy stayed with Nate and I so we got mostly pictures of her on rides.

This is the only one I had of the boys.

This peacock had been calling out to the other one that was eating the scraps under our tables.  It didn't have any feathers but this one sure did. Katy loved feeding it grapes.

Norma had been looking forward to hanging out with Aubrey and Anna all week and was so happy they included her.  She also happen to take her allowance with her so she bought them all a necklace and these pictures.  This will have to be kept forever.

We were so lucky to be able to go to Lagoon this year.  Being able to scrape up the money to go was hard but we are so glad we did.  The kids are already looking forward to next year at Lagoon.
