Nate's co-worker Craig invited us before Thanksgiving to come and make ornaments with his wife, Brooke. Brooke is the art teacher at West Wendover Elementary and she is wonderful!
We got to go and play with the clay, decide what shape we wanted to do and then cut them out. It was so much fun!
Then last week we got to go back and paint them. They did not look like what they look like now. The colors were all dull and not what you would think that they were. They brought them to us tonight and they are just beautiful!
Katy has the purple tree. Norma's is an angel.
Thad has the bell and Tucker's is the mitten.
I did the rocking horse and Nate used his badge and wrote in it W for Wendover and 2013. We will never forget our first year here.
